HOW LOVELY! I don’t own anything published before 1900s sadly :C I’d love to see a photo of the book, perhaps you can?I had to take these with my phone, so the quality may be poor, sorry.
I’ve included the two first pages (which explain the date mix-up), the engravings and the two of the fascimiles of his handwriting. It’s very rich in notes and anecdotes, reviews of the first editions of the poems and such. The letters are tiny, and sometimes I need a magnifying glass. But it’s a very interesting read.
